Pre Orders & Back Orders
Dear Customers,
Throughout Christina's Crafts website you will see products for sale that have Pre Order or Back Order attached to the description, for your information here is an explanation of what this means.
Christina's Crafts offers 2 different services for Pre Order & Back Ordered items:
- Hold my order until all items are in stock & then ship everything together.
- Split my order, we will ship what stock we have immediately & send a second shipment to you with your Pre Ordered & or Back Ordered items as soon as they arrive, this option has an administration/handling fee of $5 but you will pay no other additional shipping charges for your shipment.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service fee for international customers, if you are an international customer & choose to Split your order, you will need to make a comment in your notes on check out, there is no handling fee for international Split orders, you will be charged actual shipping for any items sent at a later date.
Pre Order
In the Shopping Area of Christina's Crafts website you will see items described like this.
Distress Damask P1-1291 Stampers Anonymous Mounted Stamp Pre Order.
This means that the item has been announced for release (generally from my suppliers overseas) & I have placed an order for delivery but it hasn't arrived yet. When you put these items in your shopping cart, we will not be able to deliver until we receive our order shipment.
Pre Orders are flagged in order of receipt, & most of our Pre Order shipments sell out before they actually arrive, to ensure that you receive first pick of this delivery please place your Pre Orders early to avoid disappointment.
We continue to update our order shipments, but there is eventually a cut off date & if the first shipment has sold out you will be placed on back order for the 2nd shipment.
In continuing to keep our website up to date with Hot New Products, we generally announce a release as soon as we can get a firm price as well as a product description & picture, this does not mean that the product has even been manufactured in the States, & sometimes after a Craft Show items announced can take 3 to 6 months to even become available for stores to purchase, while keeping on top of product releases our customers need to understand that sometimes Pre Ordered items may take a while to actually arrive in Australia, but generally you will receive new items from Christina?s Crafts way before you even start to see a hint of them in regular stores.

Back Order
In the Shopping Area of Christina's Crafts website you will see items described like this
Somerset Holidays and Celebrations Stampington Publications Back Order .
This means that we have Sold Out of this item & cannot ship until we receive our next shipment.
Typically, Back Ordered items will take up to 6-8 weeks until back in stock depending on the timing of our Shipments from different suppliers. Overseas shipments are usually 6-8 weeks apart, but this is only a general guide.
If you place a Back Ordered item in your Shopping Cart, we will ensure to get this product in stock for you as soon as possible.
